Sometimes I just have to remind myself that Sam didn’t say “Are you into Dick now?” He said “Are you strictly into Dick now?” And boy if that one word doesn’t make all the difference in the world.

A Melbourne veterinarian has performed pioneering surgery on the beloved pet of a local resident. Dr. Tristan Rich, head of exotics and wildlife medicine at Lort Smith Animal Hospital, performed micro-surgery on scaled but treasured George the Goldfish last week. A large tumour had grown on the head of the 80-gram fish, causing distress for the creature and his owner, and impacting on George’s quality of life.

Let’s check in on the decadent, completely inedible, yet perfectly wearable shoes from The Shoe Bakery (previously featured here). The Orlando, Florida-based company is run by Chris Campbell, who loves both shoes and sweets so much that he decided to combine them in the form of outrageously tantalizing ice cream, cake and donut-themed footwear.

If you’ve got a specific dessert and shoe combination in mind, Campbell happily accepts custom orders. Each mouthwatering pair of Shoe Bakery shoes takes about 3-6 weeks to design, create and ship. Prices range from $200 to $400 US, which should provide you with all the more incentive to refrain from trying to eat them.

Visit The Shoe Bakery’s website to check out more of their enticingly iced footwear.

I’ve kind of wanted to eat shoes in the past before but this is going to drive me right to the edge, man, I’m gonna do it, I’m gonna eat one of these fuckin’ shoes
